About Us
Esentia Hair & Beauty is a brand new Salon based in South Liverpool, along the busy Booker Avenue shopping boulevard.
Our Salon has twelve styling bays and four back wash units along with a unique TV system which allows you to watch the latest style tips, news and gossip whilst our stylists are tending to your hair. We also have our very own hair portfolios created by the staff here at Esentia Hair & Beauty containing a large number of different hair styles to help with the decision of how you would like your hair. These portfolios contain styles of different colours, cuts and hair ups, so if you’re having trouble deciding on what’s the best look for you both our portfolios and stylists can help.
Our mission statement is ‘If we please you, tell others, if we don’t then please tell us’.
We are open six days a week, due to our colour offer Tuesday is one of the busiest days in the Salon with all staff members available. We also have a full staff quota on a Friday and Saturday as these are busy days. Our team consists of five fully qualified stylists, two assistants and a receptionist, who are all here for your assistance. They are trained to the highest possible level with a number having won awards for their hairdressing skills as well as receiving higher accolades. We have also recently entered into a number of competitions were we will be competing against other Salons for the titles such as ’Best Hair & Beauty Salon in Liverpool’. We offer a vast range of treatments from cut and finishes to hair extensions. Our most popular treatments are cut and finish, full foils and full head tints. We offer our clients 25% off all colour and cut appointments on a Tuesday which makes this our busiest day in the Salon and is why we are open from 9am till 9pm. Our hair ups are also a popular treatment with clients and are in hot demand on a Friday and Saturday for weekend events. Please feel free to browse our hair treatments page for more information.
To book an appointment you can either telephone, visit or book online. If you are a new client we will be asking you for a contact number and then for you to complete a ‘Client Card’ upon arrival. Existing clients are able to book using only their surname.
From the completed ’Client Card’ we will enter clients details into our database which we then use to mail you with discount vouchers for your birthday and if you would like, we will let you know about up coming events in the Salon and our current offers. For clients’ piece of mind, we are a member of the data protection act and never pass your personal details onto anyone. In our Salon we use the computerised booking system Salon Iris, used by all the top hairdressers in the country. By using this we ensure our customers that all information given to us is kept confidential and appointments are taken and organised professionally.
If you need to cancel any appointment, this is no problem at all, but we would ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice or we will need to charge half of the treatment cost.
Late arrival may cause an appointment to be shortened or cancelled therefore please ensure you arrive in a timely fashion.
From time to time we are looking for new members of our team. It is always worth making a phone call or popping in to enquire, you never know. To be a part of the team you must be a hard worker and have the ability to work well with other team members.
